This contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with fixed pricing and the solicitation is for a 3-year base period and two 1-year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period will be five years, if the two options are exercised. Annual price adjustments via an escalation factor for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.

The solicitation will be unrestricted, issued under FAR Part 15 procedures, and will utilize Other Than Full and Open Competition Procedures as prescribed by 10 U.S.C.2304(c) (1) and as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. These items will be procured in accordance with manufacturer’s code and part number and is available from only one or a limited number of sources. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government.
