An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a 3 year base year period and 1 option year is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 4 years. The Small Business Size Standard is 1500 employees under NAICS 336360. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside and Full & Open Competition after exclusion of sources applies. The solicitation will be available about 15 days from this posting at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
