The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 4910-016211667 Maintenance Kit. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two option years is anticipated. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of five years. Solicitation will be issued as “UNTRESTRICTED.” NACIS Code 334514, business size 750. Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 12 procedures. NSN is part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program and will be solicited as FOB Origin. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
