These NSNs are procured by approved CAGE code and part number. Currently Independent Rough Terrain Center, LLC (IRTC) is the only approved source for this NSN. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 2 NSNs 5340012175068 and 5340015292836, Padlocks. This will be solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract containing a 1-year base period and 4 1-year options. The total duration, base plus option years, shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation will be Unrestricted and will be issued using FAR Part 12 Commercial Acquisition procedures. NSNs are part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program and will be solicited as FOB Origin with military packaging. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
