The solicitation/request for proposal will be forth coming. When issued the Solicitation/Request for Proposal can be found on the DSCC Bid website at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 2510-015990236, 2510-015990250, 2540-015847454 and 5330-015877875. This will be solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract containing a 3-year base and 2 option years. The total duration, base plus option years, shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NACIS Code 332999, business size 750 Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 15 procedures and will require Certified Cost and Pricing Data. NSNs are part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program and will be solicited as FOB Origin and commercial packaging. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
