The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 31 NSNs with the following FSCs: 2510, 2520, 2530, 2540, 2910, 2930, 2940, 3030, 3040, 4330, 4720, 4730, 4820, 5935, and 6625. A long-term indefinite delivery-type contract (LTC) with a 3-year base and two (2) option years is anticipated. The total contract length shall not exceed five (5) years. Solicitation will be under FAR subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Solicitation will be issued as small business set-aside. All NSNs are sole source items and require FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The Annual Demand Quantities (ADQs) and delivery schedules vary and will be provided in the solicitation, which will also include the NSNs' Procurement Item Descriptions (PIDs) for further details. The solicitation will be available on the internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/ on or about July 27, 2020. Hard copies are not available. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
