This solicitation SPE7LX20RX047 is to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. The NSN, 4910016685017, specified in Section B of this solicitation is Other Than Full and Open Competition. Section B includes 1 NSN with 1 approved source, Milton Industries, Inc. (94894). The Unit of Issue is Each, FOB is Origin, and Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The solicitation will be available on DLA’s internet Bid Board Site (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/) on or about 10/22/2020. All quotes shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. The total duration of the procurement shall not exceed 3 years. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class/FSC 4910. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
