A long-term Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a 3-year base and two (2) option years is anticipated. The total contract length shall not exceed five (5) years. Solicitation will be under FAR subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Solicitation is for Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW FAR 6.302-1 (Sole Source) and will be available on the internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/ on or about January 8, 2021.
