The proposed procurement is for two (2) NSNs [2540-01-098-1865 (BLADE, WINDSHIELD WIPER. 15 INCH SIZE.) and 2540-01-482-2300 (BLADE, WINDSHIELD WIPER)]. CLIN 0001 (NSN 2540-01-098-1865) will be a Total Small Business Set Aside (Other Than Full and Open Competition). CLIN 0002 (NSN 2540-01-482-2300) and will be Unrestricted (Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources) with a tech data package/drawings which will be posted with the solicitation. These code and part-numbered items are being solicited under FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Unit of issue is Each (EA). All responsible sources may submit an offer / proposal, which shall be considered. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Delivery Contract. This proposed procurement is for a three-year base period with two options at the Government’s discretion. Items are for stock and will be shipped to DLA stocking locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as-needed basis. The total shall not exceed five (5) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about May 21, 2020. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation.
