NSN: 2610-00- 403-5538 Nomenclature: Tire Destination Information: Reference Solicitation Unit of Issue: Each Delivery Schedule: Reference Solicitation The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13; Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC)-Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The Government is pursuing an Indefinite Delivery Contract, for the duration of a three-year base period. The contract award will support the Global Tire Program for contract SPE7LX-19-D-0029 Based upon Market Research, the government has determined the item to be commercial. The AMC/AMSC code is 1C. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 84 each. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete drawings. The solicitation is issued under FAR Part 13 procedures. In addition, the solicitation will be Unrestrictive. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about February 14, 2020. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation is March 16, 2020. Attached with this notice is the Product Item Description for the subject NSN. Only offers that are based upon providing the NSN from approved sources or offers from approved sources will be considered. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106. The final award decision will be based on the offer that is determined to be the best value for the government. Offers must be submitted on a hard copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ), scanned, and emailed to the Contract Specialist at: Michael.Shirley@DLA.Mil
