NSN: Multiple Nomenclature: Multiple Destination Information: Various DLA Stocking Locations Delivery Schedule: Reference Solicitation The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13-5; Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC)-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. The Government is pursuing an Indefinite Delivery Contract, for the duration of a three-year base and two separately priced one-year option periods. This requirement is for DLA stock support within the continental United States (CONUS). The solicitation will include five NSNs to be procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP - DLA Land and Maritime). Higher level quality requirements apply for CLIN 0001. Based upon Market Research, the government has determined the subject NSNs to be commercial. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete drawings. The solicitation is issued under Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302. In addition, the solicitation will be Unrestrictive. A First Article requirement exists for CLIN 0001. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin. CLINs 0002-0005 Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about January 27, 2020. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation is February September 27, 2019. Attached with this notice is the Program Item Description for the subject NSN. Only offers that are based upon providing NSNs from approved sources will be considered. The PID includes the approved source(s) for each NSN. Synopsis Attachment provides NSNs and descriptions. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 15.102 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. The final award decision will be based on the offer that has the lowest price and the offer is determined to be technically acceptable. Offers must be submitted on a hard copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP), scanned, and emailed to the Contract Specialist at: Michael.Shirley@DLA.Mil or uploaded through DIBBS.
