Under this solicitation, the resulting contract(s) will be Firm Fixed-Price with Annual Price Adjustments, Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) issued under FAR Part 13.5 for a 5 Base Year Period and shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Pricing will be solicited for four quantity ranges for this NSN with F.O.B. Origin. Currently Section B will contain 1 NSN Item managed by DLA Land and Maritime.
