The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 1095-01-454-5388. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two option years is anticipated. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of five years. Solicitation will be issued as “This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business after exclusion of sources.” NACIS Code 335314, business size 1250 Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 15 procedures. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA stocking locations. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
