NSN ITEM 2540-01-312-4730 SHOCK ABSORBER, BUMP The proposed procurement is for the above NSN, for an indefinite quantity contract. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the base year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Items are to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The total contract shall not exceed five years. The procurement wil be solicited on an unrestricted basis, utilizing FAR Part 12 procedures. The total contract value is not to exceed $8,325,066.60. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance as described in the solicitation. Refer to Section ""M" of the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about October 22, 2019. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation.
