DLA Land and Maritime is considering a solicitation and subsequent Award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) or Long Term Contract (LTC) for NSNs 2540013763998 (HANDLE,DOOR,VEHICULAR) and 2540013763999 (HANDLE,DOOR,VEHICULAR). FAR part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items will be used for this acquisition. 3 YEAR BASE PERIOD, 2 ONE-YEAR OPTIONS. Solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Currently the only approved sources: 076M6 BAE SYSTEMS LAND ARMAMENTS L.P. 0FW39 BAE SYSTEMS TACTICAL VEHICLE 2172N MAN NUTZFAHRZEUGE OESTERREICH (1) The manufacturers listed on the source control drawing applicable to the item in the procurement item description (PID) are the only approved sources. The item can be acquired from other suppliers, with adequate supply chain traceability documentation to demonstrate the item was produced by one of the approved manufacturers. (2) DLA will not evaluate alternate offers for this item. Offerors who are interested in qualifying their product for purposes of future acquisitions must contact the design control activity specified on the source control drawing. (3) Award of this solicitation will not be held pending qualification and approval of any product. If an offeror's product was recently approved but has not been added to the list of approved sources specified on the source control drawing, the offeror must submit a copy of the design control activity's letter of approval with its offer. The solicitation will be available on Feb 10, 2020, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFQ. FOB Origin is required with First Destination Transportation. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be note on RFQ. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
