This requirement is in support for the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) family of vehicles. This contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with fixed pricing and the solicitation is for a 3-year base period and two 1-year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period will be five years, if the two options are exercised. Annual price adjustments via an escalation factor for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.
