Contract will not exceed a total of 5 years, which includes a 3-year base period, and the potential for two, 1-year option periods. Option renewal would be at the discretion of the government. A potential for price escalations for base years 2 and 3, and both option years are available. This procurement will be solicited as a total small-business set-aside. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
