The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 6 NSNs (see below) with an AMC/AMSC of 1T and must be provided by the specific QPL sources. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two option years is anticipated. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of five years. Solicitation will be issued as “This solicitation is Unrestricted with full and open competition.” NACIS Code 335911. Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 12 procedures. NSNs are NOT now part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program and will be solicited as FOB Destination. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
