The FSC of this requirement is 2540. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract will have a three base year period and two 1 year options. The total duration shall not exceed 5 years. This IQC requirement is being solicited as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open competition. The solicitation will be available on or about February 12, 2020 at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. All offers shall be in the English Language and in U.S dollars. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
