This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime intends to increase the ceiling of contract SPE7LX19D0078, which is held by FAST Global Solutions (CAGE 5T389). The current ceiling is $189,245.20 and the Government intends to increase it to $249,078.33. No RFP/solicitation will be issued to the public, as this adjustment will be made to the aforementioned existing contract. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. (1) National Stock Numbers (NSNs): 2610-01-530-9350 (2) Unit of issue: EA (3) Delivery schedule: 30 days for quantity 91 & below; 45 days for quantity 92 & above (4) Duration of the contract period:14 months remain on the contract. There are no options. (5) The Government intends to solicit from only FAST Global Solutions (CAGE 5T389). The anticipated award date is November 30, 2020. (6) This proposed action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-2. The Justification and Approval (J&A) will be posted as required once the action is awarded. (7) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation in response to this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. Any responses shall be submitted by November 13, 2020. (8) In accordance with FAR 5.102(e), upon request within the specified response period listed herein, the Contracting Officer may provide copies of the solicitation to firms requesting it that were not originally solicited (i.e. not the above-referenced sole source) if the acquisition is intended to move forward.
