This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime intends to increase the ceiling of contract SPE7LX-17-D-0018, which is held by Teledyne Technologies (84375). The current ceiling is $2,125,636.08 and the Government intends to increase it to $2,630,156.52. No RFP/solicitation will be issued to the public, as this adjustment will be made to the aforementioned existing contract. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. (1) National Stock Numbers (NSNs): 6140-01-610-6102 (2) Unit of issue: EACH (3) Delivery schedule: 100 DAYS (4) Duration of the contract period: 1 YEAR, 8 MONTHS remaining including options (5) The Government intends to solicit from only Teledyne Technologies. The anticipated award date is May 13, 2020. (6) This proposed action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Justification and Approval (J&A) will be posted as required once the action is awarded. (7) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation in response to this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. Any responses shall be submitted by May 12, 2020. (8) In accordance with FAR 5.102(e), upon request within the specified response period listed herein, the Contracting Officer may provide copies of the solicitation to firms requesting it that were not originally solicited (i.e. not the above-referenced sole source) if the acquisition is intended to move forward.
