This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year and four option years, for a total performance period not to exceed five years. The contract is for one National Stock Number (NSN) and will be solicited using commercial acquisition procedures. The evaluation for award will be based on a combination of factors including price, past performance, and delivery. Inspection will be at the destination point.
