This is a successor LTC project to contract SPE7MX-17-D-0111, which expired in August 2022. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a five year base period is anticipated. Applicable NAICS is 332994 and Small Business Size Standard is 1000. Solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition. The solicitation will be available on or near 9/29/22, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required with First Destination Transportation. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance and delivery, as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies.
