The total duration of the base period shall not exceed 5 years. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Small Business Size Standard is 1500 for NAICS 336992. The request for proposal (RFP) will be available on February 4, 2022 at. https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. It is the esponsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the items and provide this evidence to the Government. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. Items will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 15. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
