This acquisition is for a Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). FAR Part 12 – Commercial Procedures. The proposed procurement contains a 3-year base period plus two option years. The total contract period shall not exceed 5 years. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for items supplied covered under this contract.
