Request is for one year. The subject requirement is for the acquisition on one (1) NSN. The NSN: 6130-016157295, Power Supply, is being bought in accordance with a code and part number of the approved sources: Miltope Corporation, CAGE: 54418 – P/N: 716838 and, General Dynamics Mission Systems, Cage: 67032 – P/N: 2855266-1. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a maximum of one year. The total duration of the base period shall not exceed one (1) years. Items may ship to various stock depots of CONUS locations. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the Request for Proposal (RFP). Freight on Board (FOB) origin is required (in accordance with the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program). Inspection and Acceptance points will be listed on the solicitation. The acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS is 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
