The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 3 NSNs. The FSC of this requirement is: 1005. An Indefinite Quantity Contract of a 3 year base period with 2 one year option periods is anticipated. The total duration of the base period shall not exceed 5 years. This is Other Than Full & Open Competition. Small Business Size Standard is 1000 for NAICS 332994. The request for proposal (RFP) will be available on March 30, 2021 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the items and provide this evidence to the Government. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. Items will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 15. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This RFP includes Certified Cost and Pricing Data (CCPD) requirements. Contractor manuals and instructions for submitting adequate CCPD are attached to this synopsis as well as a sample Excel spreadsheet of the preferred format for submittal.
