This requirement is for NSN 2940-01-361-2407. This NSN has an estimated annual demand of 1,119 each. This acquisition is for a Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiations. The proposed procurement contains a 3-year base period plus two option years. The total contract period shall not exceed 5 years. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for items supplied covered under this contract. Copies of the solicitation is available at the https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ and available approximately 15 days after this notice is published in beta.SAM.gov. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation.
