The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN. The FSC of this requirement is: 2540. An Indefinite Quantity Contract of a 3 year base period plus 2 option years is anticipated. The total duration of the base period shall not exceed 5 years. This is Other Than Full & Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. This 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. Small Business Size Standard is 1500 for NAICS 336360. The request for proposal (RFP) will be available on or about August 18, 2020 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. Items will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 15. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
