The request for proposal (RFP) will be available on August 5, 2020 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. JCP certification is required to be considered for award. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government.
