One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with an item within 30 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available in DLA DIBBS on or about its issue date of 6/10/2020. The website is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This procurement is for multiple NSNs listed below. This requirement is an acquisition for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for three NSNs, and is for DLA stock to support the continental United States (CONUS). Subject NSNs are being procured IAW approved Drawings (AMSC/AMC: 1C and 1B). Interested parties may obtain copies of Military or Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Product Lists and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available on Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at https://assist.dla.mil. Users may search for documents using the ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software. This requirement is for DLA stock support in the continental United States (CONUS). The estimated Annual Demand Quantity (ADQ) for each NSN is listed below. The term will be a three-year base period with two, one-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. The total contract value is not to exceed $5,119,773.13. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery.
