Approved sources are: NSN 6150-01-074-3780: Harco LLC (CAGE: 00060) and Semco Instruments, Inc. (CAGE: 24735); P/N: TC 44000-1 NSN 6150-01-074-3780: is to be procured in-accordance-with basic drawings 19207 12302361 REVISION NR N DTD 05/29/1993. Due to the criticality of the item, procurement is restricted to sources specified on the “Source Controlled” drawing. Harco LLC (CAGE: 00060) and Semco Instruments, Inc. (CAGE: 24735); P/N: TC 44000-1 are currently the only known approved sources for this item. Once the solicitation is issued, PROCUREMENT NOTE – “RESTRICTION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS FOR SOURCE CONTROLLED ITEMS” will apply. (a) This acquisition is restricted to source(s) specified on the source control drawing applicable to the item in the purchase order text (POT). Only offers which propose to supply the exact product of the approved sources will be considered for award. (b) DLA will not evaluate and approve alternate offers for this item. Offerors who are interested in qualifying their product for purposes of future acquisitions must contact the cognizant design activity specified on the source control drawing. (c) Award of this solicitation will not be held pending qualification and approval of any product. If your product has been recently approved but not added to the list of approved sources cited in the source control drawing, a copy of the cognizant design activity's letter of approval must be submitted with your offer. NSN 6150-01-469-2141: General Dynamics Mission Systems (CAGE: 3CYA2); P/N: 13226877-02 NSN 6150-01-469-2141: This solicitation will contain Procurement Notes L04 and M06, Conditions for Evaluation of Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. Once the solicitation is issued, interested sources must submit the appropriate information outlined in Procurement Notes L04 and M06, Conditions for Evaluation of Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. Inspection/Acceptance: NSN 6150-01-074-3780: origin NSN 6150-01-469-2141: destination FOB Origin. First Destination Transportation (FDT) program will apply. The solicitation will include DLAD Procurement Notes C16 F.O.B. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and C17 First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Basic Year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Items are to be shipped to various stock locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The total contract shall not exceed five (5) years. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance as described in the solicitation. Refer to Section ""M" of the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about April 17, 2020. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
