DLA Land and Maritime is seeking information regarding companies’ capabilities to provide 5915-01-468-3475, 5915-01-468-3476, 5915-01-495-3268, and 5915-01-495-3270 on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or in any way provide implication or obligation that a solicitation/RFP be will released in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service for these requirements. This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime intends to increase the ceiling of contract SPE7LX-17-D-0073, which is held by R S Microwave Co., Inc. (61453). The current ceiling is $5,820,267.48 and the Government intends to increase it to $14,284,254.50. No RFP/solicitation will be issued to the public, as this adjustment will be made to the aforementioned existing contract. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Quantity (IDQ) contract. National Stock Numbers (NSNs): 5915-01-468-3475, 5915-01-468-3476, 5915-01-495-3268, and 5915-01-495-3270 (2) Unit of issue: EACH (3) Delivery schedule: 25/150 Days; Additional 60 Every 180 Days Thereafter 25/180 Days; Additional 66 Every 210 Days Thereafter 25/180 Days; Additional 36 Every 180 Days Thereafter 25/110 Days; Additional 25 Every 110 Days Thereafter (4) Duration of the contract period: 2 Years, 6 Months remaining including options (5) The Government intends to solicit from only R S Microwave Co., Inc. (7) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation in response to this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. Any responses shall be submitted by 2/3/2020 at 12:00 EST. (8) In accordance with FAR 5.102(e), upon request within the specified response period listed herein, the Contracting Officer may provide copies of the solicitation to firms requesting it that were not originally solicited (i.e. not the above-referenced sole source) if the acquisition is intended to move forward.
