This is a proposed one-year Indefinite Delivery Contract for flexible shaft couplings, with an aggregate order ceiling of $350,000 and a guaranteed minimum of three orders. Delivery is required within 105 days after receipt of order, with items shipped to various DLA depots within and outside the continental United States.
