This is a proposed procurement for 10 torque shaft assemblies, with delivery required within 126 days after receipt of order. The contract is a one-year Indefinite Delivery Contract with an aggregate spending limit of $350,000.00, a guaranteed minimum of one unit, and an estimated 10 orders per year.
