Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within 90 days after the date of the order. A base period of 3 years and two separate 1-year option years with a total duration not to exceed 5 years are anticipated. Based on market research, this item is commercial and the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 for this solicitation.
