This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not posses complete, unrestrictive technical data, therefore the Government intends to solicit & contract with only approved source(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved source(s) are Unison Industries, LLC (59501) p/n 46011 & Champion Aerospace, LLC (0AFL4) p/n 305017. Parties interested in becoming an approved source for this NSN must submit the appropriate information as outlined in DLAD 52.217-9002, Conditions for Evaluation & Acceptance of Offers for the Part Numbered Items. The appliciale North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 336320 with a business size of 1000.
