Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within 485 Days with CFAT (90 days submit test, 45 days review, 350 days PLT), 350 days if waived from FAT days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155). Approved Source(s) – IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 19200 9346422 REVISION NR D DTD 07/29/2014 PART PIECE NUMBER: This NSN will be procured under a Simplified Indefinite Delivery Contract (SIDC) using FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. A base period of 3 years and two separate 1-year option years with a total duration not to exceed 5 years are anticipated. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. Based on market research, this item is commercial and the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 for this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about the issue date cited above. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance. All offers shall be in the English language and US dollars. All interested parties may submit an offer. DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) quotations are acceptable for this solicitation.
