DLA Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit a one-time buy for NSN 3040-01-159-4611. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete and unrestrictive technical data, therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved sources are Sikorsky (78286), P/N 70400-02258-048 and W and G Machine Company (33682), P/N 70400-02258-048. Parties interested in becoming an approved source for this NSN must submit the appropriate information. See DLAD Procurement Notes L04: Offers for Part Numbered Items and M06: Evaluation of Offers for Part Numbered Items in DIBBS. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 333613 with a business size standard of 750.
