NSN 3040-01-468-0848, Actuator, Mechanical. The material being procured is CAGE 98523, part number J15665091-2. The required quantity is 26 each, with no option: to be shipped to the DLA Distribution Depot New Cumberland (DDSP), New Cumberland, PA 17070. The required delivery is 150 days. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination are required. This solicitation is not set aside for small business. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with the commercial item with 15 days of this notice. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp on or about Monday, 5 October 2020 (10/05/2020). Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to “best value” procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, Socioeconomic Support and Delivery. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
