NSN 2540-01-434-8595, Towbar, Motor Vehicl. This material is being procured in accordance with Basic Drawing NR 19207 11580775. The required quantity is 408 EA with 100% option.to be shipped to DODACC (W62G2T) Tracy, CA 95304-5000. The required delivery is 235 days. FOB origin and Inspection and Acceptance at origin are required. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with the commercial item with 15 days of this notice. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp after the issue date of June 4, 2020 (06/4/2020). Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets will be available after the issue date on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from ASSIST-Quick Search, http://quicksearch.dla.mil/. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to “best value” procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, and Delivery. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars. Tailored ISO 9001 certification is required. QPL sources apply. Certificate of Quality Compliance (COQC) required. JCP certification will be required.
