NSN 1015-01-590-9661, Deflector, Blast. This material is being procured in accordance with Cage 06MA8 P/N 13010524-1. The required quantity is 397 each with 100% option to be shipped to DODACC (W25G1U) DLA Distribution New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. The required delivery is 135 days. FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin are required. This solicitation is a Hubzone small business sole source set aside to Tri Technology Inc. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with the commercial item with 3 days of this notice. This solicitation will issued April 10, 2020 (04/10/20) via e mail. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings /bid sets available. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars. This NSN is a critical application item. Tailored ISO 9001 certification is required. QPL information shall be required. This NSN requires a phosphate coating procedure and NADCAP certification for phosphate coater. Surplus material will not be considered. Export Controls (ITAR/MLI) apply. Enhanced JCP certification will be required.
