This is a full and open competition for 60 vehicle seat parts kits, with a required delivery timeline of 300 days. The final award will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance. To be eligible, offerors and their suppliers must have an approved JCP certification and prior approval from the DLA to access the required export-controlled technical data. The items are designated for military use only, and the solicitation will be conducted per FAR Part 15.
