Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for the installation of 1,000 ballistic and non-ballistic windows, with a required delivery timeline of 150 days after award. The performance of services involves shipping to multiple Department of Defense addresses. Eligibility for award is strictly limited to contractors with a current "Secret" security clearance, an approved Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification, and prior approval from the DLA to handle export-controlled technical data. Proposal evaluation will be based on a trade-off where Past Performance and Delivery are significantly more important than Price. The technical data package includes a classified drawing that will only be distributed securely to the awardee through the DSCC-VPTC in Columbus, Ohio.
