This material is being procured from Go Dan Industries (73540) PN: X-3826, Porobond Products, LLC (50B33) PN: PB5007, & Oshkosh Defense LLC (75Q65) PN: 1801280. The required quantity is 387 EA with no quantity option to be shipped to DODAAC (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA with a required delivery of 180 days. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation applies) and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin are required. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government will not be using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 in its solicitation for this item. The Government is using the policies contained in FAR part 15 in its solicitation for this item. Interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with the commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil// on or about 10/21/2025.
