This is a sources sought notice for manufacturing a specific NSN part, currently sourced from Fairbanks Morse LLC. Interested manufacturers must submit a market survey to the contract specialist. To become a new approved source, a company must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package through the DLA Land and Maritime program to demonstrate they can manufacture an item of equal or better quality than the current OEM. The contractor bears the responsibility for documenting this equivalency or superiority in their application.
