The total quantity, including base plus option is 74 EA. The item in the quantities requested is to be shipped to DLA Distribution Center, San Diego, CA (SW3218). The required delivery for the requested quantity is 320 days; FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and inspection and Acceptance at destination are required. This is not a commercial item, so the Government will be using policies and procedures outlined in FAR Part 15 to solicit this item. However, parties may identify their interest and capability to fulfill this requirement utilizing a commercial item within 15 days of this notice, to the Contracting Officer.
