The two approved cage and part numbers for the item being procured are CAGE: 3GEM4, Part Number: XWRM16T and CAGE: 58928, Part Number: UWRM16T. The required quantity is 1,165 EA with an additional 100% option quantity of 1,165 EA. The total quantity, including base plus option is 2,330 EA. The item in the quantities requested is to be shipped to DLA Distribution Center, New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U W1A8). The required delivery for the requested quantity is 365 days; FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and inspection and Acceptance at destination are required. This is a commercial item, so the Government will be using simplified acquisition policies and procedures outlined in FAR Part 13.5 to solicit this item. This item will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp on or about 2 November 2022. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to “best value” procedures based on Price, Past Performance, and Delivery.
