The required quantity is 64 each, with a 100% quantity option, to be shipped to DLA San Joaquin, Tracy CA 95376-5000. The required delivery time is 410 days, which includes 120 days to submit a Contractor First Article Test (CFAT) and 60 days for Government review of the CFAT: The required delivery time is 230 days if the CFAT is waived. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at the actual manufacturing facility are required. This solicitation is not set aside for small business. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with the commercial item within 15 days of this notice. AMC 3: Acquire, for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer. AMSC B: This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained.
