The required delivery time is 690 days, which includes 120 days to submit a Contractor First Article Test (CFAT) and 30 days for Government review of the CFAT: The required delivery time is 540 days if the CFAT is waived. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at the actual manufacturing facility are required. This solicitation is set aside for small business. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with the commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
